Quality comes first at RGS
We work in a variety of materials including:
- Mild steel
- Stainless steel
- Aluminium alloys
- Copper
- Brass
We can cut sheet material in house up to 3mts in length and from 0.5mm to 6mm thick to a tolerance of +/-0.5mm.
Our Quattro laser can cut up to 1250mm square with a material thickness of 12mm in mild and stainless steel and 4mm in alloys.
Our AMADA CNC punch has a 20 ton press and is capable of punching sheets up to 1250 mm X 2500 mm in size.
Tolerances are +/- 0.1mm on laser cut sheets and +/- 0.2mm on punched components.
